Choosing a class:
To provide you with a safe and effective way to learn the practice of Yoga, at BYC our classes run for eight consecutive weeks, and are taught in a progressive manner, from week to week, and from level to level. Our students sign up for a specific class level and teacher. This manner of learning cultivates a successful and fulfilling Yoga practice for life. Yoga philosophy, pranayama, and meditation are weaved into all the classes in a variety of ways.
